AFRICAN AMERICAN CREATES CONTROVERSY BY REFUSING LOTION

Since the beginning of the USMAPS school year of 2017, one African American cadet candidate (CC) roams the hallways with ashy skin. When an African American is ashy, it is not appealing to the human eye because the skin is dry and looks dull and white. As for the suspect, his entire body is white with ash. Many cadet candidates tried to persuade him to use lotion, but he continues to refuse them all. While refusing to put on lotion, he is actually disobeying the Cadet Candidate Regulations: "CCs will maintain their uniforms and personal appearance in a meticulous manner." Does he even care about his personal appearance? One local cadet candidate took initiative to squeeze cocoa butter lotion on the man.  It had been months since this man applied lotion to his skin, so this event was truly remarkable. Cadet candidates from all around were amazed to witness the man with now smooth and brown skin. After seeing himself in the mirror with luxurious skin, will he continue to lather his body with lotion, or retreat back to old habits?
